Often when visiting remote villages, I ask whether there are any wild animals living nearby. On one occasion, a villager pointed out an old tree and said that a monkey lived in it. I erected a makeshift platform and then gently tapped on the tree. To my surprise, this small Night Monkey sheepishly peered out of the cavity, Islas Bocas del Toro, Panama.
