Milky Way and aurora borealis, Jökulsárlón, Iceland<br />
We waited until one a.m. on the only clear morning of our week-long trip to photograph the northern lights. When the lights came out and the stars shone, it was magic. It is a joyous moment as a photographer when you guess correctly and your effort is rewarded.<br />
